Physical Education: First Term
This is the area of Physical Education, where you can make a weekly monitoring of all contents worked during the whole week:
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Week:
During the first three weeks of work in Physical Education we were introduced to the subject and to our new teacher, Xavi. We worked our training systems and we trained a little bit of differents sports that we, the students, practise outside the school. Actually, I was the one wo helped people with Rugby. I did it pretty well although some people were kind of hard to teach... The class we did were good, and fun to do them, but I think we spent so much time talking about the excersice. If the explanations were faster and shorter we would have more time for the class itself.
4th Week:
We hadn't Physical Education in this week because Xavi was missing.
5th, 6th and 7th Week:
We got introduced to new contents of the subject and we did a couple of activities with the Strava App and with the "Pulsometre". The trials were hard and I got a little bit tired because, despite other people, I didn't stop running during the whole class. As for the theorical part, I think it's kind of hard to understand the explanations in the gym.
8th Week:
We did the exam during this week and I studied very much for it. It went well except for a thing that I forgot how to explain it. However, the exam was really long and I needed a lot of time in order to finish it correctly.
9th, 10th and 11th Week:
During these weeks we practiced Korfball. It was fun but I didn't like the sport so much. I was quite bad at it too!
12th Week:
After the English exam we did the Physical Education last exam, which included test type questions about a Nutrition text we had in Moodle. The exam was short but quite hard. However, I managed to finish it really well.
